USSA Clinic For Technical Delegates and Race Organizers Nov 5 – 6, 2011 Buena Vista, Colorado

USSA with Bob Gross and Doug Ouren will conduct a clinic for key officers and head coaches from RMN Ski Clubs on November 5 & 6, 2011, in Buena Vista, Colorado.  The clinic is designed for USSA Technical Delegate and Chiefs of Competitions for NRL races and RMN Junior National Qualifying races.  The clinic will start at 9am on Saturday November 5 and should be done by noon on Sunday November 6, 2011.

The USSA is requiring all NRL races to have a TD and an Assistant TD.  The race organizers will also be responsible for all travel and lodging expenses for both the TD and the Assistant TD.  The idea is to have a beginner TDs from the respective community hosting an NRL race to be the assistant TD in order to save money for the race organizers.   All venues who are hosting a JNQ race or an RMN NRL race should have someone who could be an Assistant TD attend the clinic plus have your race organizer also attend.

RMN Fall Select Teams Camp Oct 8 – 10, 2011 Aspen, Colorado

The Aspen Fall Camp will be on October 8-10.  AVSC will run the fall camp just as we have for the past several years. The camp is open to all RMN Select & Devo Team members plus any others who may be a good fit for the camp based on their home coach’s discretion.

As in the past, AVSC is keeping the camp fee to a minimum but we are relying on the RMN coaches to be a part of the camp.  Without additional coaches the camp would not happen. AVSC asks that any club that has more than 1 or 2 athletes attending that at least one coach attend.

Lastly, the athletes must bring their registration packets and payment to camp.  AVSC  also ask that each club email John Callahan a list of what athletes and coaches will be attending by no later than Monday, Oct 3.

Registration packets are available through John Callahan ( or by calling for John at 970 205-5140,
